Nancy J. Cohen
made her publishing debut writing romance novels as Nancy Cane. Her
first title, CIRCLE OF LIGHT, won the HOLT Medallion Award. PERMED TO
DEATH, her first mystery title and fifth published book, began the Bad
Hair Day mysteries featuring hairdresser Marla Shore, who solves
crimes with wit and style under the sultry Florida sun. PERMED TO
DEATH began this series called fast-paced and jaunty by
Publishers Weekly. Several of Nancy’s titles have appeared on
the IMBA bestseller list. Active in the writing community, Nancy has
served two years as President of FRW and as Secretary for the Florida
chapter of MWA. Nancy is listed in Contemporary Authors, Poets &
Writers, and Who’s Who in U.S. Writers, Editors & Poets.
