LOCATION: Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel, 1825 Griffin Road, Dania, 33004
DIRECTIONS: I-95 to Griffin Road exit (Exit 26). Go east on Griffin and make a right at the first light into the Sheraton parking area.
PARKING: There is a charge of $3 for self-parking. Take a ticket when you enter and when you leave, be sure to tell the parking attendant you were attending the FRW event.

PROGRAM: FRW’s May speaker is author Mary Stella, who will speak on Tips Gleaned from Experts on Author Development, Marketing, and the Breakout Career.

A voracious book fan since first learning to read, Mary Stella fell in love with romance novels while pursuing her B.A. degree in English. Although she always wanted to write a book someday, Mary also invested a great deal of time and energy in the fields of radio advertising, marketing and public relations. Currently, she is the Media Relations Coordinator for a non profit marine mammal education and research facility on Grassy Key. Her responsibilities include media, marketing, advertising, public relations and website content. 

Her debut novel, All Keyed Up, was published in 2004 and followed by Key of Sea. Both romantic comedies were published by Medallion Press. Mary is hard at work on her next novel, which will also be set in the Florida Keys – the fun, unpredictable, slightly abnormal island chain where she makes her home.
